Sabine Arbter - New team leader in Customer Service

Since the beginning of June, we have welcomed Sabine Arbter as the new team leader in our Customer Service department! Find out what she was responsible for at BFS Baur Fulfillment Solutions in the previous months and what she is particularly looking forward to in her new role in the interview.
Hello Sabine, welcome to the BFS! Why don't you tell us a bit about yourself?
My name is Sabine Arbter, I am 35 years old and live with my husband, my two boys (1 & 3 years) and my two cats in Scheßlitz. I devote all my free time to my children, with whom there is always plenty of action.
What tasks will you be responsible for in the future?
I have been working at BFS as a service agent in the Santander project since November 2022 and have been continuing my journey here as a team leader since June 1. My core tasks will be to lead, motivate and develop my team in order to contribute to the company's success.
What have you done professionally so far?
Since completing my degree in ecotrophology and nutrition economics in 2011, I have worked in a managerial position in the food retail sector and had professional and disciplinary responsibility for up to 80 employees.
Having to adapt to new situations every day, constantly being faced with challenges as part of a team and ultimately seeing what you can achieve together is what has inspired me about this job for a long time.
How would you describe yourself in 5 words?
Self-critical, ambitious, open, reliable, communicative.
What are you particularly looking forward to?
I am particularly looking forward to familiarizing myself professionally with a completely new job, to working with my team and to getting to know many more colleagues.
