Empiriecom
Our certified SCRUM Masters at Empiriecom break away from traditional models: They focus on human communication and interaction and continuously involve all participants in project development. Processes and tools used become secondary. Our Empiriecom Project Management specialists see themselves as a central competence center that manages and steers our clients' projects.
BFS
Our project managers at BFS keep the reins firmly in their hands when they manage company-wide projects involving various areas of BFS. They maintain an overview of all activities - whether in projects for existing clients or new clients, but also in the development of internal BFS strategies. Through our portfolio management, our project managers determine which projects we implement and when, and monitor the progress of ongoing projects. To improve Project Management and create standardized reporting, we optimize the selection and use of our tools.
