Whether by phone, email, chat or social media - in Customer Service, we respond to numerous inquiries on a wide range of topics every day. Our 700 or so colleagues are always ready to listen to our customers' concerns.
Our clients are diverse and come from different industries - which is why all employees receive intensive training on how to use the systems and deal with customers.
Our inbound employees respond when customers contact us directly. This is the case, for example, if they have questions about products or complaints or if an order is unclear. In outbound sales, we actively approach our customers: We ask them about their satisfaction, maintain existing customers or welcome new customers.
In addition to advising customers, there are even more exciting tasks for our specialists in Customer Service: We draw up deployment plans for our employees and provide regular training. We also support our clients by optimizing their business processes. We increase customer satisfaction and reduce costs - this also includes setting up new communication channels, such as chats, WhatsApp or social media.
